All that Glitters

I made this card for my girlfriend's daughter's 13th birthday. She loves pink and blue and she is also into glitters and I think this card just fits well.

Materials:
SB-Bazzill Basic Petalsoft Cardstock (4398)
Card Packs - Basic White (9014)
Scrapbooking Vellum Celebration (4364) - I received the vellum from Kaszazz as FREEbies, this is I love about Kaszazz they are very generous giving FREEbies to consultants - Thank you Kaszazz. I must admit I got this Vellum Pack months and months ago and I am not really confident using Vellum but after creating this project my view towards vellums has changed - I love it now.
Magic mount (1292)
Glitters - Light Blue (2672) and Light Pink (2678)
Double Sided Sticker Paper A4 (5 in a pack) (1931)
Chalking Eraser (42090)
Lyra Aquacolor Crayons (4542) 
Grosgrain Ribbon (White) (70550 for Rell & 6411 for 2m length)
Super Tape Double Sided Adhesive 50mx6mm (1708)

Measurements:

Base 1 - 21.2cm fold in half
Base 2 - 9cm width and 19.5cm length
Double Sided Sticker Paper - 9cm width and 19.5cm length. Adhere to the white cardstock.
Double Sided Sticker Paper EXTRA - 4.5cm width x 15cm length
Double Sided Sticker Paper EXTRA - 2 x 8.5cm
Ribbon - 10cm length and extra ribbon for bow 9cm length.

• Color  the balloon image with Lyra from the Vellum Celebration and gently blend the color with the Chalking Eraser until you get the color that you want to achieve. Adhere the balloon image to Double Sided Sticker Paper EXTRA and cut-out.
• Adhere the Double Sided 9cm x 19.5cm Sticker Paper to your Base 2 card and sprinkle with glitters (Remove both protected film from the Double Sided Sticker Paper)
• Cut out the word CELEBRATE from the Celebration Vellum and adhere to 9x2cm EXTRA.
• Then assemble your card using the Magic Mount at the back of your Base 2 card.
• Done!
